David’s design journey commenced upon receiving his degree from The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. He entered the professional realm in Los Angeles, where he delved into the industry under the guidance of esteemed designers and mentors like Steven Chase and Hank Morgan, who were known for their exceptional expertise and creative vision.

David now works primarily from D+J’s corporate offices in Southampton NY –serving his impressive clients in The Hamptons, NYC, Palm Beach (and other South Florida upscale areas), and Southern California (primarily Palm Springs, La Jolla, etc.).

David’s “ne plus ultra” moment arrived when the extraordinary developer Farrell Building first became a personal client of D+J.

Working alongside Farrell, D+J created an innovative Stage-To-Sell technique, ultimately exclusively staging numerous 8-10 bedroom homes. One point of distinction is how many buyers immediately purchased every element of those staging features – literally every piece of furniture, down to the towels and cooking/entertaining necessities in the gorgeous bathrooms and kitchens.

JASON WILHOITE, Founding Partner

Jason, a native of Kentucky, takes great pride in his roots in the Bluegrass State. He achieved his degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky, solidifying his passion for design and creativity. Beginning his professional journey as the Chief Creative Director at a graphic design firm in Lexington, Kentucky, Jason embarked on a career dedicated to transforming spaces and bringing innovative concepts to life through his expertise and dedication.

It was within the confines of that dynamic workspace that he meticulously honed his exceptional skills, dedicating countless hours to perfecting his craft and cultivating a deep-seated passion for pioneering design concepts. In the transformative year of 2001, he decided to embark on a new chapter by relocating to the serene landscapes of The Hamptons. It was there, amidst the tranquil backdrop of coastal beauty, that he joined forces with his like-minded partner, David, to establish the esteemed venture known as D&J Concepts. Drawing from his wealth of experience and innovative spirit, he played an instrumental role in steering the company towards a trajectory of unparalleled success and industry acclaim.

Bringing together a distinctive fusion of landscape architecture and graphic design expertise, Jason embodies a comprehensive approach in his craft. Fisher's journey with the D+J team commenced back in 2014 when he undertook an internship role. Over the course of a decade, he has amassed a profound understanding of every facet of the business through firsthand experience. Justin's dedication to the company has been unwavering, as evidenced by his commitment to working during each summer break and holiday period while pursuing his college degree.

Justin boasts over ten years of experience spearheading and overseeing the Commercial and Residential Real Estate divisions. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Business Administration degree, his track record reflects unwavering commitment and skill in steering operations and guiding teams, pivotal in propelling the sector's growth and achievement.
